Making Strides for Special Kids

Making Strides for Special Kids is a 5K Run/Walk and Kids’ 1 Mile Sprint to raise funds for special needs children and their families in Lake County. This event is like no other. In addition to the 5K run/walk and kids’ sprint, we feature a capable/handicapable event. Capable runners and walkers partner with special needs runners/walkers/wheelchair participants to experience a “race” – many for the first time.
